Valid Reasons to return an item:

1. Delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective.
2. Delivered product does not match product description or picture.
3. Delivered product does not fit. (Size)

In the presence of the delivery person, you must check the item, and if any of these valid circumstances arise, you may return the item to the delivery guy.
